Apparel Designer Co-op
At PUMA, I collaborated closely with design and product development teams to bring apparel collections, special event packs, and teamwear to life. My experience here taught me the importance of storytelling in design, allowing me to understand how visual elements and concepts drive brand desirability and maintain alignment across product lines. My role involved the tech-packing processes, adhering to design timelines, and working cross-functionally to ensure consistency in trends, colors, and graphics across the basketball apparel range. Presenting mood boards and original concepts in seasonal meetings further strengthened my communication skills and my ability to convey a cohesive design story. My designs for the Men’s Basketball Jacket, Tee, and Pants are available for purchase on the Puma website as part of the PUMA x LAMELO BALL Bucks Collection.
Lifeguard Supervisor
Norwalk Recreation & Parks - Norwalk, CT - Summers 2019 - 2023
As a Lifeguard Supervisor, I was entrusted with the safety of beachgoers and led a team of lifeguards, coordinating efforts with city officials to ensure a secure and welcoming environment. This role honed my leadership skills and self-motivation, requiring quick decision-making and a strong commitment to public service. Additionally, it taught me the importance of interpersonal skills, as I worked daily to create a positive and safe experience for all visitors.
